Naga means Cobra in Sanskrit. The grand name was chosen for this macrame bag as we took inspiration from the divine shape of the Indian and Egyptian woven cobra snake charmer basket. This vessel basket bag is made with hand-dyed macrame cotton ropes by our female artisan community in Java, Indonesia.
