The T-Timepiece tea brewer is another project from the Alessi catalog that resembles a jewel or precious jewelry. This time also literally the brewing device in the shape of an old pocket watch is the idea of a young Danish designer Titus Wybenga, who gave this forgotten object, or rather its form, once so valued and iconic, to new meaning and application. A steel basket / filter for loose tea with a mirror finish, hangs on a delicate chain to which it has been attached with a more pleasing ball. The brewing unit can be used both in combination with cups and tea pots, and we know from a confirmed source that the designer would not mind carrying the brewing unit in his pocket.
